TYPE OF PROJECT: Urban infill

LOCATION: Södermalm, Stockholm

YEAR: 2015

A sketch for an infill plot on Bondegatan, Södermalm. The narrow space invites inspiration from Japanese architecture, with Tokyos small-scale townhouses springing to mind. A tight floor plan with a stair running along one side wall, the spaces divided on each floor into two separate functional parts. The topmost floor holds a roof terrace.
