SPATIAL LAYOUTS

These are explorations of four different spatial layouts for an exhibition. The way the walls are organized determine the visitor movement, the hanging of artworks, and the way light may be let in. The first type is linear, the second irregular, the third divided in squares by means of cross-shaped pillars, and the fourth layered from outside and in.

TYPE OF PROJECT: Attefallshus

LOCATION: Södermalm, Stockholm

YEAR: 2018

This small living space, contained within the limitations of a so called Attefallshus (25 m2) is designed as a guest house to sit on top of a hill with the back to the forest. A traditional barn typology clad in black wood, offering an inviting bay window, a fire place and extra sleeping spaces on a loft.

In collaboration with Jesper Starvid, Architect SAR/MSA.
