TYPE OF PROJECT: Urban townhouse (proposal)

LOCATION: Södermalm, Stockholm

YEAR: 2014

On a tiny, empty plot in the middle of Södermalm (Stockholm) we speculate to build three townhouses. A versatile plan with communication running along one side, allowing for a generous life even with limited dimensions. A balcony and a roof terrace finish off the building.
